I was really surprised by this product. I have used a 'traditional' kind of laptop bag for years now. But got sick of carrying it and it never had much room.This bag holds all the normal laptop paraphanialia superbly and with it's internal pockets to hold mice, phone cables, MP3's ect ectThe overall quality of stitching and zips ect looks to be fine.The compartment that actually holds the laptop it's self... At first i thought that my laptop would never fit in there! But it does, very well andholds the computer snugly and securly.This model also has a lumbar support for those who may need it!I've had this book now for a month... it's a really nice bag and very well made. The material used seems to be of very high durable quality, the zips used are all good strong ones too. The back support, I have never seen this on another backpack before, and it works nicely (it has four adjustable positions). My only little issue with the bag is that find it a little big, I prefer a slimmer profile backpack, this one is quite deep, as I usually only carry a laptop in it. Although, after saying that, the amount of space in this bag is unbelievable. Next time I'm on a business trip, I'd imagine it'd be big enough for everything I'd need to bring.The last one wore out after about 8 years daily work, so I had no hesitation in getting another one.Very flexible storage. My only complaint is that since the original model, they removed the rubber inserts on the zip-pullers, so this one rattles a bit more than the old one, but that was easily fixed with some plasticote.Unlike the cheap backpack I owned before which fell to bits after 6 months this is comfortable, practical and has loads of room for cables, tools, power supplies etc.The Contour adjustable lumbar support panel really does work ensuring it sits comfortable on your hips and does not pull at your shoulders.It's well built and looks like it will last for many years.Well worth the money.This backpack is very comfortable, being anatomically adjustable to your back it almost becomes a part of yourself. It is also very useful with so many compartments idealized for each specific item you normally require in an office. I have transformed it into my mobile office everytime I need to travel. The only but...it has five outside zippers, three of which are double so can support lockers and this is where the but resides,I am not going to lock and unlock three lockers everytime I need to use it.So I end up keeping the valuables in the larger compartment which is locked while the others are normally almost empty. I would suggest that all the compartments be inside one big double zipper for safety. However I still rate this article five star when I compare it to everything else on the market. It's become my unseparable companion on trips.
