I've used a mens mule for years for mountain biking, my girlfriend needed her own for hikes and even though this is a "mountain biking" pack I find it a really good size for all use. She loves it Small enough to be comfortable and still can carry enough to be useful. I can stuff a light rain coat, extra layer, sandwich, any personal items, plus dog stuff.This bag is much newer than my old one and has some nice updates, like the magnetic holder for the hose. I dont know how I feel about all the new style strap clips, I've never had any issue with the classic pinch/clip style so feels unnecessary but im sure they're fine.
