This was a gift for my wife and I wanted to make certain it would be large enough, good quality, and not too heavy. I looked at at least 100 similar backpack style purses. Many seemed to have irregular, uneven sewn seems, or were not big enough, or had bad reviews due to quality problems. This product cost a little more than some products but I could tell when I got my hands on it that it was of very good quality, and my wife loves it. She carries around a lot of stuff and this has the room and just enough different pockets and pouches to keep things organized. The leather is soft, supple, squeezable, with a very even, rich, light brown color and pleasant leather aroma. There is no interior cloth lining, except for the inside of the top flap. The interior has a suede leather finish, but that doesn't seem to be a problem at all. My Surface Pro notebook computer easily fits in the main compartment with plenty of room to spare, and I believe a smaller laptop would also fit. A medium size laptop probably won't fit and I didn't expect it to since my wife doesn't normally carry a computer around with her. I highly recommend this purse for anyone who has a lot of must carry articles to keep organized.
