The quality of this backpack is undeniable. I have know doubt it would have lasted a long time, unfortunately the bag is enormous. I bought it as a diaper bag for our growing family of 3. There are lots of deep pockets for organization, which is what I was looking for, but even so I kept managing to lose everything I put in the bag. The moment it went in I had no clue where it was and would end up digging around for ever or dumping things out. The bag it light and does not seem too big when half full. I would have trouble lifting it due to heaviness if this bag were ever full.I put my wallet, keys, 1L water bottle phone, and small knick knacks, 2 lunches, 2kids camelbacks, diapers, changing pad, wipes, and some small toys all in the bag without it even looking like I'd put a thing. Zipped very easily.if you need space, style, and function this bag might work for you,but keep in mind you may never see your phone, Chapstick, keys again, or quite frankly your water bottle again.the GOOD:+it's a VERY good looking bag inside and out !!+LOVE the top zipper closure- my fave thing about this bag+great that it's not too wide from front to back (only 4.5inches)the BAD:-in a word VELCRO. hated the fact that the front flap pocket had two pieces of velcro as closure.would have liked two magnetic snaps SO much better... same goes for the velcro on the inside pocket.-it's TOO tall : (. Things will get lost because it's tall and skinny (front to back) If only they would have lopped 5inches off the top, basically at the top of the front flap seam, it would have been an AWESOME perfectly sized bag all around for a multitude of uses * sigh*Really loved the light blue color depicted in the picture, although the color says electric blue. When I received the backpack, it was indeed a very deep blue. So just make sure you are expecting a different color when you receive it. Also, for an outdoor backpack, although it does have a nice amount of room, there is no external water bottle holder, which for me is important. You can clip it to the side but it would be nice to have a place to keep it externally for easy use. Otherwise, the material is great and it seems very durable. Can't wait to use it on my next hike!Really love this backpack! Great color and great quality. The carry straps at the top help a lot in hauling it in and out of places. The backpack straps are padded as is the back of the pack -- very comfortable! The leather and fabric accents really go well with the bright orange color and the no-nonsense zipper top makes pulling things in and out a breeze. There are many pockets for storage, including a padded section for laptop. Front pocket is very roomy (though does not have any further dividers/compartments). There are snaps on both sides to compress the pack when it's not as full, giving it a very slightly lower profile.it is a nice backpack but it is pretty big, would have liked it slightly smaller. Because of the shape it looks really big and even I have a bigger body. It is great quality and fashionable and relatively functional. The zipper locations turn it into a black hold-ish bag but I still like it for nowAt first it seemed a little big, as it's wider than I expected. But now I love it! Once it has stuff in it, it seems normal-sized. The two handles on top are really convenient and comfortable, much more comfortable to carry than backpacks that only have one handle. I really like the straight zipper on top, too-- I don't have to worry about it coming undone and things falling out. Straps are comfortable, too. Plus it's cute :) Highly recommend!Great bag! Love the inside pouches. I love how big it is! Its definitely not a light blue, its definitely a BRIGHT blue, however its still a nice color.There is no doubt it is made of quality materials but the functionality is just not there. The bag is very deep but the only access zipper is straight across the top making it hard to get things in and out. The laptop sleeve can't even fit my small work laptop and I would refer to it as a tablet sleeve if anything. There are no side clinches on the bag so if you put anything in the large front pocket the bag pulls away from your back uncomfortably. It's a shame because I really loved the look of it. Add a zipper that wraps down at least one side, make the sleeve a separate area or larger, add side cinches and this would have been a winner. Unfortunately it's going back.
