I'm a bicycle commuter in Chicago, and this bag carries me through every single day. It holds up in the rain, it holds everything I need it to, its capacity is huge (I can get myself groceries for the week and transport it home), the comfort is awesome (I don't feel like any particular part of my shoulder is getting insanely strained when I use it), and I know that it is reliable in most every circumstance. If I were to change anything about it, I would add an external pocket for something like a U-lock. Once the bag is full, it's difficult for me to reach the laptop pocket where I typically put my U-lock. This isn't a huge issue, however, as spending a few minutes managing how everything is sitting in the bag solves my issues. Overall, I would recommend this to any cycling commuter, especially if you are traveling with a handlebar bag or something similar for your essentials.I bought this bag this summer, in green, and it is fantastic! In fact, it has worked so well for me, and looks so great, that my wife got a little jealous and wants one. What she doesn't know is that I bought her this blue one for Christmas. She's going to love it! Don't sleep on this bag, y'all. You can pack a ton of stuff in it, the organization is simple and solid, and its a sharp looking bag.I bike through all kinds of weather—this bag has been up to the task. I don’t go white water rafting with it, but it handles downpours. Great design, though I do sometimes wish the interior organizer/laptop pocket was thinner and took up less space.I use this daily in the rain. Definitely holds up to the elements keeping my MacBook and books dry and safe. Amazing quality. Would purchase again.I got this pack after doing some research and comparisons. It’s a little pricey, but it does meet my needs well:1) weather resistant2) flexible packing/loading options3) stylish4) appears to be well made and has great warranty just in caseI like this pack a lot and I’m glad I made this purchase.Riding a bike and traveling and staying dry.Waterproof, light weight, a lot of space, comfortable, and built tough for what it is meant for 10/10.Great bag and awesome comfort/breathability as you'd expect from an Osprey. I like the two discreet side pockets, and the overall waterproofness of the bag.Mentioning two cons for consideration:1) not sure how long the waterproof fabric and stitching can last. i think it was built for lightness, not for longevity. time will tell. for now, i really enjoy the lightness of the overall bag2) there is an organizer cum laptop sleeve inside the main compartment. this sleeve is formed with a comparatively stiffer foam, so that it holds up its organizer shape. however, this takes away some thickness and space within the main compartment.Aside from this two cons, the rest of the bag is really great. especially if you love roll top bags and need a simple discreet bike commuting bagpack.I love this bag, there were mainly good reviews but one that mentioned the side pockets were hard to get at. Not the case, super easy with simple zips. Great quality and very secure. Perfect for tramping round airports! Plemty of room for a laptop, all leads, some stationary, some brochures and enough room for some lunch or a jumper small raincoat. Plus pockets are good for phone, passport, water bottle and small umbrella. Very comfortable and the belt helps with heavy leads and it puts the weight on the hips which is where it's supposed to be. I used to have the Ospry Flap Jack which is probably better in office conditions but I travel a lot and this leaves me hands free. Really please.+. Highest build quality. Looks fantastic [Even in a formal office setting]. Completely waterproof even in downpours. Hard wearing [Mine has no scratches or blemishes even after months of commuting]. Fits my bulky gaming laptop. Sits really well on my back [Looks just right]. 2 large side pouches on the outside with the easy access loops on the zippers. 2 sleeves within the main inner compartment plus additional pouches for small itemsBut I wish I had bought this ages ago. It just looks great and fits way better than my previous budget backpack. Highly recommended.I like the water-proof element of the bag, but the bag itself is not very practical. It is way too heavy for a backpack and also too bulky when in reality it doesn't fit that many things inside. Also, the side pockets are not very accessible which is not great if you are cycling or just in a rush when walking because you have to take the backpack off before being able to unzip them. I am not sending it back because I wanted to give it an opportunity and used it a few times, but I would definitely not buy it again and I do not recommend it.I really like this bag and it really can fit a lot of things as long as you pack right. I have had this bag for about 6 months now and I use it when cycling, on my motorcycle, travelling, shopping you name it. It has performed brilliantly and has shown no signs of wear and tear. Also when it gets a bit dirty all you got to do is wipe it down with a wet clothe and its clean again! I really reccomend this bag.Not my words, well actually it is my words. Great backpack I prefer to the next year version. Fits a big water bottle in the side pockets but you’d never know because it retains it shape outside. Classy looking urban one bag solution.
