Wheel too small so scrapes against stairs and uneven side walksBag has a great amount of space in it, sturdy handle that easily locks for taller (adult) or shorter (child) use. I ended up having to buy a wheeled bag for my 7 year old because returning to school during covid meant she had to carry EVERYTHING back and forth. Too much for her to handle 2 books, notebooks, chromebook, pencil box, etc. this solved the problem with its functionality and thankfully it had a great padded space that easily accommodated her 11 inch chromebook with plenty of room to spare in the main compartment. I very much appreciate that it can be used for travel as a carryon because of its size and I’m very happy it didn’t go with a slightly smaller bag that was the same price because it is more versatile for her/us as a result.I got this for my daughter (12) about a month ago after she told me that she has to haul her backpack all day because students aren't allowed to go to their lockers between classes (Covid precautions). She loves this backpack! I wish it was just a tad bigger - with her books, supplies, and laptop, there's no room for her lunchbox or even a jacket. As it is, it's pretty heavy when she has to lift it. But most of the time, she gets to wheel it around, and she says that it works great. No issues with the zippers, wheels or handle (I'll update the review if there is a problem).I had gotten this for my daughter after she was not pleased with a traditional backpack and her back was hurting. So we searched stores and all online to find a good quality rolling backpack we planned on getting something else but that would take to long so we again repeated the same process. We finally found this one which look big yet cute so we ordered it. While waiting she didn't want a backpack she wanted something rolling so we gave her an old hand carry we used on a few trips , and I was worried shed wait to long for the backpack to come she was trying really hard to be patient. We had finally gotten it and she was ecstatic she organized it and my only worry was it would be too short for her but it was perfect she is 5'2 and she could carry it without bending down. She could fit: a binder with folders, a loose folder, a very skinny binder ,a planner, a text book, a workbook,a notebook, 2 comp. books, and a few little things in the front , and she still had space overall i would have to say this bag was a success it is roomy ,durable , cute and girly i would definitely recommend this to anyone ooh for a suitable bag.The wheels roll nice and smooth. Very good quality and the design is beautiful. I bought for my 1st grader , she loves it.I bought this bag for this school year... and it still looks new. It has held up great with the beating from daily use and abuse... I can surely state that I will not need to buy a new one for the next school year. Of course my DD didn't like the fact that the bag is black of course she prefers pink but It doesn't need to be washed as much...I bought a patch of her favorite cartoon and sewed in on the bag...and next year I'll just change it for whatever other characters she likes at that time. As for the size it can seem a little big compared to the cartoon bags but that is just fine because this bag holds all of her book (she has a lot of books) plus her lunch bag...and it rolls softly that my DD can pull herself.Love love love this bag. My husband suggested I get a rolling backpack for my camera gear. The ones that are made for cameras is usually very expensive. I ended up buying a camera equipment insert for this bag and use it all the time to travel with my camera gear. It fits under the airplane seat. On some flights it can't fit in the upper compartment but I'm okay with that since I like having it close by under the seat in front of me. It holds my laptop computer, my reading materials, my headphones - everything that is important to travel with. It rolls so well and has saved my back and shoulders!I lug a lot of stuff around for work. This has been a great back-saver! No complaints. I love all the pockets.This saved me and I still use it. I buy this 4 years ago and I couldn't have made a better investment in life. It's easy to roll, can easily be pulled or pushed and it just doesn't disappoint. I'm not suppose to carry heavy stuff due to my back issues and this is absolutely amazing. And I don't have to worry about my laptop as it's very well protected.Great product. Very happy with the size and design. Looks great!
