This is the third time I have purchased this backpack. I love it - does everything I want, including carry my IPad! and when I need it my umbrella! However, I still find the dye comes off, mostly when I am walking around in a hot, humid climate . So, my clothes get dye on them and that is very irritating especially when laundry facilities are not readily available. It is better than it was a few years ago, but no dye should come off. If it was not for this feature, I would rate it five stars.I ordered this backpack because long city walks carrying my Baggilini over-the-shoulder purse were hurting my back. After reading a lot of product reviews, I ordered this bag. I'm so happy I did. No more back pain -- at least not purse-related. This product is beautiful, too, and the organization features are perfect for my needs. It has: 4 credit card slots, lots of room (e.g., can carry legal sized envelopes, sunglasses, etc.), a cell phone pocket, 2 velcro-shut pockets, windowed-ID holder, a large zippered inner pocket (ideal for coins and cash), and two exterior pockets, one zippered and one open, adjacent to the wearer's back. Overall, this is a well designed, high-quality product.Love this bag and I get lots of compliments. It is just the right size, has lots of room in each section. The only ding in my opinion is that there is no outside pocket for cell phone and no interior key strap. Love it tho and would - and have - recommend to a friend.due to shoulder issues i can no longer carry a traditional bag, so wanted a low-key backpack that would be comfortable and also look good. this understated little number fits the bill nicely, with soft pretty leather, and just the right amount of compartments. my only beef is that the straps are thin, and i really need one with wider, softer shoulder straps, so i'm still looking.This is a good quality and sturdy product. It has enough space to let me put my thermal water bottle in. The only thing bothers me a little is its straps are too long and a little rigid. Whether I adjusted the length to my size, when I put it on my back, some times my arms went to the wrong loop.BEAUTIFUL backpack with lots of pockets for organizing. However, I needed something with more space than my purse and the size was medium-smallish.My wife loves the size and the storage capabilities of this bag. She does complaint that it is quite heavy by itself without any contents. Well made.Looks small but you can keep a lot of stuff there. There are so many pockets so sometimes I loose something inside :-)The leather is good.
